Who we are
This website is run by Tong Nails Salon, 411 Tong Street, Bradford BD4. You can email us at subinhoang273@gmail.com. Our current details are always on our contact page.
What we collect and why
Messages. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. Your message is stored on this website and emailed to us so that we can reply to you. We keep it until we delete it.
Bookings. When you book an appointment online, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the treatments and time you choose and any note you add. We use these to keep your appointment, to send you a confirmation and to contact you about it. Your booking is stored on this website and we keep it until we delete it.
Deposits. When you pay a deposit, the payment is taken by Stripe, our card payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us or this website. We receive a record that the deposit has been paid.
Who looks after your data
This website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design, who process this data on our behalf and deliver the website's email. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies
This website sets a session cookie and a security cookie that every visitor needs for the website to work, for example so that the contact and booking forms can be sent safely.
The website's own visitor counts are cookieless: they do not set any cookie or follow you around the web.
If we ever switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags, a banner will ask you first, and nothing is set until you accept. Your answer is remembered in your browser.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email us at the address above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
